Account & Setup

Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation, enter your name, email address, and mobile number, then verify your email. You'll have immediate access to our free plan and can start using Cashbook Digital right away.

Cashbook Digital offers four user roles: Admin (full system access and user management), Owner (business management and financial oversight), Data Operator (add/edit transactions and basic operations), and Reader (view-only access for reporting). This allows you to control exactly what each team member can see and do within your account.

Absolutely! With our paid plans, you can manage multiple businesses, each with its own cashbooks, contacts, and team members. The Professional plan supports up to 5 businesses, and Enterprise offers unlimited businesses. Each business can have multiple cashbooks for different locations, departments, or projects.

Yes, security is our top priority. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption to protect your data, perform regular security audits, and follow industry best practices. Your financial information is stored securely in the cloud with daily backups. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Billing & Pricing

Yes! We offer a free plan that includes one business and one cashbook with basic transaction tracking features. It's perfect for getting started and testing the platform. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime as your business grows to access advanced features like multiple businesses, team management, and advanced reporting.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners, and we never store your payment information on our servers. Enterprise customers may also be eligible for invoice-based billing.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan, and you'll retain access to your data with free plan limitations.
