2. Free Plan
Our Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment transactions. Therefore, refund policies do not apply to the Free plan.

For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

6.3 Promotional Pricing
Refunds for subscriptions purchased at promotional pricing will be based on the amount actually paid, not the regular subscription price.
